Thursday is officially the new Friday. On the 30th of April week, our Thirst-day in Paris series is taking is teaming up with MHD (Moët Hennessy Diageo)
for an evening dedicated to the classic cocktails: The Martini.
Whether you’re a purist who prefers the crisp snap of a Tanqueray gin or a modern enthusiast seeking the silkiness of Belvedere vodka, we’ve curated a menu that celebrates the versatility, history, and pure "cool" of the Martini.
The "Thirst-day" Menu

We’ve moved beyond the basics to bring you a list that ranges from the timeless to the experimental.
The Classic Martini: The gold standard. Your choice of Belvedere or Tanqueray, stirred with Dolin dry vermouth. Choose your weapon: olive or lemon twist.
Very French Martini: A LALA favorite. Belvedere and Tanqueray shaken with Chambord, Lillet Blanc, and fresh pineapple for a fruity, elegant finish.
Polish Martini: A nod to the roots of great vodka. Żubrówka and fresh apple shaken with liqueur de pomme vert, lime, and mint.
Nitro Espresso Martini: The ultimate pick-me-up. Belvedere and Mr. Black mixed with cold brew coffee, served creamy and cold on "Nitro."
Not-So-Dirty Martini All the flavor, none of the proof. A Sipsmith medley with olive brine and Japanese umami bitters.
